The New Ridge Technologies NRT-8000 is World's smallest OSA at the announcement (Oct. 1, 2013). With built-in reference for each single sweep, the NRT-8000 boasts excellent wavelength/frequency (±3.0 GHz or 0.0024nm) across the entire wavelength range. The rugged and compact design is perfect for outside plant (OSP) and military field applications. The integrated Server-Client (TCP/IP) software offers flexible remote control capabilities over the internet. The NRT-8000 is truely a universal OSA at affordable price. The NRT-8000 control software boasts the most simplified graphical user interface desgin. Without complex menu, the operator can start working on this instrument without learning curve. The control software is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 that will meet vast majority of customers' requirements in the lab, in the systems and in the field. Specifications.
