We have been doing business with Custom–Cal for the past six months. We have used their services for both calibration and repair of RF and optical test and measurement instruments. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, price and timeliness of work done. In some cases they have been able to breath life into instruments that other repair facilities and OEM's could or would not handle and come in at a very reasonable price. Custom-Cal LLC has provided Calibration and equipment repair services to Princeton Lightwave, Inc for calendar year 2005. The quality of the calibration service and the supporting process documentation/certification has fully satisfied our calibration requirements. I just wanted everyone involved to know, that as a professional in the material management business in the Silicon Valley for 25 plus years, it is quite refreshing to know, that there are companies such as Customer Calibration Solutions, that still care about their customers.
