We have been doing business with Custom–Cal for the past six months. We have used their services for both calibration and repair of RF and optical test and measurement instruments. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, price and timeliness of work done. In some cases they have been able to breath life into instruments that other repair facilities and OEM's could or would not handle and come in at a very reasonable price. In other cases, they have been able to do traceable calibration of instruments other vendors would not touch, and freed us from some OEM's outlandish calibration prices.
We plan to continue and expand our relationship with Custom-Cal, help to supply them with low cost, high-end instruments for calibration and replacements and parts for Custom-Cal's customers. We believe there is good synergy between our two companies, and we plan to expand Custom-Cal's role as a primary vendor to our Company as they expand. Custom-Cal LLC has provided Calibration and equipment repair services to Princeton Lightwave, Inc for calendar year 2005. The quality of the calibration service and the supporting process documentation/certification has fully satisfied our calibration requirements. We are especially pleased with the manner in which Custom-Cal LLC has performed these services with minimal disruption of our production and development schedules, working effectively with the operational and engineering personnel. Princeton Lightwave has requested Custom-Cal LLC to contract for calibration serves for 2006 through 2008, including the management of a demand recall calibration database. I just wanted everyone involved to know, that as a professional in the material management business in the Silicon Valley for 25 plus years, it is quite refreshing to know, that there are companies such as Customer Calibration Solutions, that still care about their customers. That the bottom line of a profit on one order, is not a substitute for customer satisfaction. What most companies fail to realize, is the buyer they are dealing with could move on to a much bigger corporation. Once that buyer is in the new corporation, the buyer will not forget the way he/she was treated, and will go back to that Supplier time and time again generating new business for the company, that treated them fairly and with respect.
