INSTEK GFG-8216A 3 MHz Function Generator w/Counter

The Instek GFG-8216A 3 Mhz Function Generator With Counter output waveforms are Sine, Triangle, Square, Ramp, TTL and CMOS. It has External Voltage Controlled Frequency (VCF) Function, Duty Cycle Control with Signal Inversion Capability, Variable DC Offset Control and a Two-Step (-20dBx2) and Variable attenuator. The Instek GFG-8216A has a built-in 6 Digit Counter with INT/EXT Function up to 150 MHz. Specifications. Frequency Range: 0.3 Hz to 3 MHz (7 Range). Amplitude: > 10 Vpp (into 50 ohm load). Impedance: 50 ohm ±10%. Attenuator: -20 dB ±1 dB x 2. DC Offset: <-5V to >5V (into 50 ohm load). Duty Control: 80% : 20% : 80% to 1MHz Continue variable. Sine Wave Distortion: <=1%, 0.3 Hz to 200 kHz THD <=35 dB below fundamental in all range (Specification applied from MAX. to 1/10 level).
