ILX LIGHTWAVE LDC-3722B 500 mA Laser Diode Driver, 16 W TEC Controller

The ILX Lightwave LDC-3722B Laser Diode Controller is a combination of both laser diode current and temperature control in the same instrument. The current source provides a high stability output with a fully redundant current limit and multiple laser protection features. The built-in temperature controller can work with most thermistors and TE modules to deliver precision laser temperature control over a wide range of temperatures. Specifications. Range: 0-200 mA, 0-500 mA. Setpoint Resolution: 4 µA (200 mA), 10 µA (500 mA). Setpoint Accuracy: ±100 µA (200mA), ±250 µA (500mA). Compliance Voltage (fixed): 6.55 V maximum. Temperature Coefficient: <50 ppm/°C. Short-Term Stability (10 min.): <20 ppm. Long-Term Stability (24-hour): <50 ppm. Noise and Ripple (rms) High Bandwidth Mode: <4 µA. Average distance over which superimposed waves lose their phase relationships

Linewidth
Linewidth is the width of a spectral line in terms of wavelength, wave number and frequency.

Power Flatness Versus Wavelength
When changing the wavelength at constant power setting and recording the differences between actual and displayed power levels, the power flatness is ± half the span (in dB) between the maximum and the minimum of the measured power levels.

Spectral Width
