Custom Cal: has been a savior regarding repairing/calibrating many different type of test/ optical equipment for us. Most of the equipment that Custom Cal repairs are usually equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacture. They also calibrate many types of equipment on the test equipment market. Custom Cal has an excellent and supportive senior staff and customer support team. Customer support will send you a custom shipping box in order to help expedite the repair/ calibration. We have been doing business with Custom–Cal for the past six months. We have used their services for both calibration and repair of RF and optical test and measurement instruments. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, price and timeliness of work done. In some cases they have been able to breath life into instruments that other repair facilities and OEM's could or would not handle and come in at a very reasonable price. In other cases, they have been able to do traceable calibration of instruments other vendors would not touch, and freed us from some OEM's outlandish calibration prices.

We plan to continue and expand our relationship with Custom-Cal, help to supply them with low cost, high-end instruments for calibration and replacements and parts for Custom-Cal's customers. We believe there is good synergy between our two companies, and we plan to expand Custom-Cal's role as a primary vendor to our Company as they expand. Custom-Cal LLC has provided Calibration and equipment repair services to Princeton Lightwave, Inc for calendar year 2005. The quality of the calibration service and the supporting process documentation/certification has fully satisfied our calibration requirements.
