KEITHLEY 182 6 1/2 Digit Sensitive Digital Voltmeter

6.5 Digit Sensitive Digital Voltmeter, makes high accuracy measurements of low level dc voltages between 1 nV and 30 V, low common mode current and RFI, and an input resistance of greater than 10 Gigaohms. Basic accuracy is 50 to 65 ppm of reading + 6 to 16 LSD for one year.
