   KEITHLEY 2611   Description / Specification:
KEITHLEY 2611 Single-Channel System Source Meter

Single-Channel System Source Meter (200V): Combines a precision power supply, true current source, DMM, arbitrary waveform generator, V or I pulse generator with measurement, electronic load, and trigger controller-all in one instrument. Contact check function ensures high integrity measurements 10,000 readings/s and 5,500 source-measure points/s to memory provide faster test times. Family of products offers wide dynamic range: 1pA to 10A and 1µV to 200V. The embedded Test Script Processor (TSP™) offers unparalleled system automation and two to four times the test throughput of competitive products in I-V functional test applications. TSP-Link™ master/slave connection seamlessly integrates multiple Series 2600 Source Meter channels into a system that can be programmed and controlled as a single instrument. Single Channel System that can source up to 200V.

Crest Factor
Crest factor or peak-to-average ratio (PAR) is a measurement of a waveform, calculated from the peak amplitude of the waveform divided by the RMS value of the waveform

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
