The Keithley 2400-C General Purpose Source Meter w/ Contact Check, performs measurements Up to 200V and 1A, 20W Power Output. It completes the contact check verification and notification process in just 350µs to maintain high speed production throughout. Contact Check enabled on the instrument's front panel or remotely via the GPIB. Built-in "Source Memory" programmable sequencer stores up to 100 different tests for high production throughout. Rugged design with 75,000-hour MTBF provides reliability in non-stop production environments. Built-in comparator simplifies pass/fail testing. Digital I/O for fast binning or connection to component handlers. 0.012% basic accuracy with 5-1/2-digit resolution for precise measurements. Specifications. Voltage Source range: 200.00 mV (resolution 5 µV), 2.00000 V (resolution 50 µV), 20.0000 V (resolution 500 µV), 200.00 V (resolution 5 mV). Max. Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
