OMEGA HH306A K-Thermocouple Logging Thermometer

The Omega HH306A is a small digital data logging thermometer for use with a K-type thermocouple. The unit can record temperatures ranging from -200 °C to 1370 °C (-328 °F to 2498 °F), and can record up to 16312 temperature readings, which can be programmed to be taken as fast as once every 1.25s.
