The Agilent 8710-1582 is an 5 lb-in, 5/16 Inch torque wrench. When mating two connectors it is important to keep the connectors from rotating relative to one another. On many connectors open-ended wrenches can be used on wrench flats on the outer bodies of the connector to help restrict rotation.
