3M 709 Static Sensor

The 3M 709 Static Sensor is an accurate, hand-held, lightweight unit designed to measure the electrostatic field associated with charged objects and surfaces. The 709 features a digital (LCD) display and two range settings: LOW to measure up to 1,999 volts and HIGH to measure up to 19,990 volts. The sensor comes with one 9-volt battery and has a battery test circuit, which displays the battery voltage level on the LCD readout when activated. For remote monitoring or permanent recording, the 709 provides two pin-type output jacks. Properties. Recorder Output: ± 2.0 volt analog output minimum load impedance 50,000 ohms. Accuracy: ± 10% (at 1 in. distance from target).

Standard Calibration $160.00 *
*This is a Web introductory price for one calibration of the 3M 709. Price does not in most cases include measurement performance data. Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.
