TEKTRONIX DSA70604C 4 Ch 6 GHz Digital Serial Analyzer

The Tektronix DSA70604C with 4 analog channels has a high signal-to-noise ratio and low internal noise floor. It allows you to find the smallest anomalies affecting the DUT's performance. Bandwidth enhancement eliminates imperfections in frequency response all the way to the probe tip. User-selectable filters for each channel provide magnitude and phase correction for more accurate representation of extremely fast signals.

dBm

Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.

Stability is the extent to which a specified property, characteristic, or parameter of a substance, device, or apparatus, remains fixed with the passage of time or with varying environmental conditions.
