   TABOR P9482B   Description / Specification:
TABOR P9482B Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The Tabor Electronics P9482B Arbitrary Waveform Generator is ideal for applications in Quantum Computing, Electronic Warfare, Radar, and next generation communications such as 5G, 6G, Ultrawide Bandwidth, Wi-Fi 6, 7, and more. Built on the latest RF DAC and RF ADC technology, this product has a max sample rate of 9GS/s that allows for multiple Nyquist zone operation, providing frequency ranges more than 10GHz. It has an innovative task-oriented programming and signal processing environment. When used in combination with its optional RF Digitizer it becomes an Arbitrary Waveform Transceiver, able to change waveforms in real-time; making it ideal for improving the coherence time of a Qubit, characterizing an RF amplifier, or responding to an Electronic Warfare threat.

Available Gain
Available Gain is the ratio, at a specific frequency, of power available from the output to the power in from the source.

Decibel (dB)
A unit of measurement of power which indicates relative power. A -10 dB means a reduction in power by 10 times, -20 dB means another 10 times or 100 times overall, -30 means another 10 times or 1000 times overall and so on.

Mismatch Uncertainty
Mismatch Uncertainty is caused by re-reflections between one device (the source) and the device that follows it (the load).

Pulse Power
Pulse Power, the energy transfer rate is averaged over the pulse width. Pulse width is considered to be the time between the 50 percent risetime/falltime amplitude points. Pulse power averages out any aberrations in the pulse envelope such as overshoot or ringing.
