Keysight (Agilent) 54624A   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 54624A 4 Ch 100 MHz MegaZoom Oscilloscope

The Agilent 54624A Portable Oscilloscope has a bandwidth of 100 MHz, MegaZoom deep memory technology, advanced triggering, a high definition display, the look and feel of an analog scope, and built-in help, Agilent’s 54624A gives you a view into your system performance that is unmatched by any other portable digital signal analyzer (DSO). MegaZoom technology gives you higher sampling speeds where you need them to observe the wide range of signals in your system rather than just the faster few sweep speeds. MegaZoom is available at all times and does not require a special operating mode. Measurement data are mapped into a high-resolution screen with 32 levels of intensity and 1000 points resolution, nearly twice the display standard. Now glitches are more clearly identifiable. Specifications. Channels: 4. Bandwidth: 100 MHz. Max Sample Rate: 200 MSa/s. Max Input: 400 V dc + peak ac. Resolution: 8 bits. High Resolution Mode: 12 bits when >200 us/div average mode. Range: 1 mV to 5 V. Max Memory: 4 M. TimeBase: 5 ns/div to 50 s/div. Peak Detection: 5 ns. Triggering Source: Internal selection of CH1, CH2 and External. Triggering Modes Edge, pattern, pulse width, TV, sequence, and serial propocals of CAN, I^2C, LIN, SPI, & USB. Display: High definition monochrome with 32 shades of gray and 1,000 points horizontal resolution. Measurements Automatic: Peak-to-peak, maximum, minimum, average, amplitude, top, base, overshoot, undershoot, RMS, frequency, period, + width, – width, duty cycle, time at max, time at min, phase, and delay. Counter: Build-in 5 digit frequency counter on any channel, counts up to 125 MHz. Math Functions CH1 – CH2, CH1 + CH2, 1*2, FFT, Differentiate, Integrate. Option 003, Shielding Option for use in severe environments or with sensitive devices under test.

Averaging
Averaging is a mathematical process to reduce the variation in a measurement by summing the data points from multiple measurements and dividing by the number of points summed.

Fall Time
Fall time is the time required for the amplitude of a pulse to decrease (fall) from a specified value (usually 90 percent of the peak value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot) to another specified value (usually 10 percent of the maximum value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot).

Noise Density
Noise Density is the amount of noise within a defined bandwidth, usually normalized to 1 Hz.

Resolution Bandwidth (RBW)
Resolution Bandwidth (RBW) is the minimum bandwidth over which you can separate two signals and still see them.
