Keysight (Agilent) 60503B   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 60503B 10 A, 250 W DC Electronic Load Module

The HP 60503B dc electronic load is optimized to address a broad range of dynamic loading applications. They are specifically designed for stability in applications where fast transients are applied to the load inputs, such as during dc power supply startup characterization or transient response testing. Dynamic load performance can be further tailored to specific application needs with the programmable slew rate feature. The HP 60503B meets all specifications when operated above 3.0 V; however, the dc operating characteristics also extend below this minimum-input voltage for static tests. Because of the FET technology used in the power input circuits, HP electronic loads have a low minimum-input resistance allowing them to sink high currents even at low voltages. Specifications. Amperes: 0 to 10 A. Volts: 3 to 240 V. Maximum power (at 40° C): 250 W. Constant current mode Ranges: 0 to 1 A, 0 to 10 A. Constant current mode Accuracy: 0.15% ±10 mA. Constant current mode Regulation: 8 mA. Constant voltage mode Accuracy 0.12% ±120 mV. Constant voltage mode Regulation (w/remote sense): 10 mV. Constant resistance mode Ranges: 0.20 to 24.0 ohm, 24 to 10,000 ohms, 240 to 50,000 ohms. Transient generator Frequency range: 0.25 Hz to 10 kHz (3% Accuracy). Current readback accuracy: 0.12% ±10 mA. Power readback accuracy: 0.2% ±3 W. Ripple and noise (20-Hz to 10-MHz noise): 1 mA rms, 10 mA peak-to-peak (Current), 6 mV rms (Voltage).

dBm
dBm (sometimes dBmW) is an abbreviation for the power ratio in decibels (dB) of the measured power referenced to one milliwatt (mW). Zero dBm equals one milliwatt. A 3 dB increase represents roughly doubling the power, a 3 dB decrease, the power is reduced by about one half.

Millimeter-wave
Millimeter-wave is a term that generally refers to frequencies of 26.5 GHz and above. That is where signal wavelengths fall below approximately 10 mm, and thus the terminology changes from centimeters to millimeters.

Power Repeatability
Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.

Stability
Stability is the extent to which a specified property, characteristic, or parameter of a substance, device, or apparatus, remains fixed with the passage of time or with varying environmental conditions.
