Keysight (Agilent) 6060B   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 6060B 60 A, 300 W Single Input Electronic Load

The Agilent 6060B is a single-input dc electronic load. It meets all specifications when operated above 3V; however, the dc operating characteristics also extend below this minimum-input voltage for static tests. The figure below shows the operating range of a typical HP dc electronic load. Low voltage operation, down to zero volts, is possible at correspondingly-reduced current levels, depending on the minimum resistance of the load. HP electronic loads, therefore, can be used in many applications that previously required zero-volt loads. Specifications. Amperes: 0 to 60 A. Volts: 3 to 60 V. Maximum power (at 40° C): 300 W. Constant current mode Ranges: 0 to 6 A, 0 to 60 A. Constant current mode Accuracy: 0.1% ±75 mA. Constant current mode Regulation: 10 mA. Constant voltage mode Accuracy 0.1% ±50 mV. Constant voltage mode Regulation (w/remote sense): 10 mV. Constant resistance mode Ranges: 0.033 to 1.0 ohm, 1 to 1,000 ohms, 10 to 10,000 ohms. Transient generator Frequency range: 0.25 Hz to 10 kHz (3% Accuracy). Current readback accuracy: 0.05% ±65 mA. Power readback accuracy: 0.2% ±4 W. Ripple and noise (20-Hz to 10-MHz noise): 4 mA rms, 40 mA peak-to-peak (Current), 6 mV rms (Voltage).

Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.

Channel Bandwidth
Channel Bandwidth is the bandwidth over which power is measured. This is usually the bandwidth in which almost all of the power of a signal is contained.

Jitter
Jitter in technical terms is the deviation in or displacement of some aspect of the pulses in a high-frequency digital signal. Jitter is the time variation of a periodic signal in electronics and telecommunications, often in relation to a reference clock source. Jitter may be observed in characteristics such as the frequency of successive pulses, the signal amplitude, or phase of periodic signals. Jitter is a significant, and usually undesired, factor in the design of almost all communications links (e.g., USB, PCI-e, SATA, OC-48). In clock recovery applications it is called timing jitter.

Overshoot
Overshoot is the distortion that follows a major transition; the difference between the peak power point and the pulse-top amplitude computed as a percentage of the pulse-top amplitude.

Rise Time
Rise time refers to the time required for a signal to change from a specified low value to a specified high value, usually 10 and 90 percent of pulse-top amplitude (vertical display is linear power).
