Keysight (Agilent) 6267B   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 6267B 40V 10A Single Output DC Power Supply

The HP 6267B high-performance Constant Voltage/ Constant Current employs a transistor series-regulator / triac-preregulator circuit to achieve high efficiency, excellent regulation, low ripple and noise, and moderate programming speeds in a compact full-rack width package, Separate coarse and fine voltage and current controls allow the voltage and current outputs to be varied from zero to the maximum rated value. Crossover form constant voltage to constant current operation occurs automatically when the load current exceeds the value established by the current control settings. Additional features include built-in overvoltage crowbar protection; remote error sensing; and auto-series, auto-parallel, and auto-tracking operation. The crowbar trip point adjustment and associated overvoltage indicator are conveniently located on the front panel. Auto-series, auto-parallel, and auto-tracking connections should ordinarily include no more than three supplies. Specifications. DC Outrput: 0 to 40 VDC, 0 to 10 A. Load Effect: Voltage, 0.01% + 200 uV; Current, 0.02% + 500 uA. Source Effect: Voltage, 0.01% + 200 uV; Current, 0.02% + 500 uA. PARD (rms/ p-p): Voltage, 200 uV / 10; Current, 3 mA rms. Drift (stability): Voltage, 0.03% + 2mV; Current, 0.03% + 3 mA. Load effect transient recovery: time-50 /uS, Level 10 mV. Resolution: voltage control less than 0.02%, Current control less than 0.15%. Temperature coefficient per C: 0.01% of output plus 200 /uV. Typical output impedance: 500 micro-ohm, 1 uH. Analog Meters.

Crest Factor
Crest factor or peak-to-average ratio (PAR) is a measurement of a waveform, calculated from the peak amplitude of the waveform divided by the RMS value of the waveform

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
