Keysight (Agilent) 6654A   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 6654A 60V 9A Single Output System DC Power Supply

The Agilent 6654A is a 0-60 VDC / 0-9 A, Single-Output, Remote Sensing, (GPIB) Power Supply. Features, DC Floating Voltage: Output terminals can be floated up to ±240 Vdc from chassis ground. Remote Sensing: Up to half the rated output voltage can be dropped in each load lead. The drop in the load lead subtracts from the voltage available for the load. Add 3 mV to the voltage load regulation specification for each 1-V change in the positive output lead due to load current change. Command Processing Time: Average time required for the output voltage to begin to change following receipt of digital data is 20 ms for the power supplies connected directly to the HP-IB. Output Programming Response Time: The rise and fall time (10/90% and 90 / 10%) of the output voltage is less than 15 ms. The output voltage change settles within 1 LSB (0.025% x rated voltage) of final value in less than 60 ms. Modulation: (Analog programming of output voltage and current). Input Signal: 0 to -5V. Input Impedance: 10 k Ohm nominal. Input Power: 1.380 VA, 1,100 W at full load; 120 W at no load. Specifications. Output voltage: 0 to 60 V. Output current: 0 to 9 A. Programming accuracy (at 25° C ±5° C) Voltage: 0.06% + 26 mV. Programming accuracy (at 25° C ±5° C) Current: 0.15% + 8 mA. Ripple and noise (from 20 Hz to 20 MHz) Constant Voltage: 500 µV (RMS), 5 mV (peak-peak). Ripple and noise (from 20 Hz to 20 MHz) Constant Current: 3 mA (RMS). Readback accuracy at 25° C ±5° C: Voltage 0.07% + 40 mV / +Current 0.15% + 7 mA / -Current 0.35% + 15 mA. Load Regulation: Voltage 4 mV / Current 0.5 mA. Line Regulation: Voltage 1 mV / Current 0.5 mA. Transient Response Time: Less than 100 µs for the output voltage to recover to its previous level (within 0.1 % of the voltage rating of the supply or 20 mV, whichever is greater) following any step change in load current of up to 50% of rated current.

Crest Factor
Crest factor or peak-to-average ratio (PAR) is a measurement of a waveform, calculated from the peak amplitude of the waveform divided by the RMS value of the waveform

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
