Keysight (Agilent) 6675A   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 6675A 120V 18A Single Output System DC Power Supply

The Agilent 6675A is a 0-120 VDC / 0-18 A, Single-Output 2000 W, Remote Sensing, (GPIB) Power Supply. Features, DC Floating Voltage: Output terminals can be floated up to ±240 Vdc from chassis ground. Output Common-Mode Noise Current: (to signal ground binding post) 500 µA rms, 4 mA peak-to-peak. Remote Sensing: Up to half the rated output voltage can be dropped in each load lead. The drop in the load leads subtracts from the voltage available for the load. Command Processing Time: Average time required for the output voltage to begin to change following receipt of digital data is 20 ms for the power supplies connected directly to the HP-IB. Output Programming Response Time: The rise and fall time (10/90% and 90/10%) of the output voltage is less than 15 ms. The output voltage change settles within 1 LSB (0.025% x rated voltage) of final value in less than 60 ms. Modulation: (Analog programming of output voltage and current). Input Signal: 0 to –4V for voltage, 0 to 7 V for current. Input Impedance: 30 k Ohm or greater. Input Power: 3,800 VA, 2,600 W at full load; 170 W at no load. Specifications. Output voltage: 0 to 120 V. Output current: 0 to 18 A. Programming accuracy (at 25° C ±5° C) Voltage: 0.04% + 120 mV. Programming accuracy (at 25° C ±5° C) Current: 0.1% + 12 mA. Ripple and noise (from 20 Hz to 20 MHz) Voltage: 1.9 mV (RMS), 16 mV (peak-peak). Ripple and noise (from 20 Hz to 20 MHz) Current: 12 mA (RMS). Readback accuracy at 25° C ±5° C (percent of reading plus fixed): Voltage 0.05% + 180 mV / ±Current 0.1% + 18 mA. Load and line regulation Voltage: 0.002%+ 4 mV. Load and line regulation Current: 0.005%+ 1 mA. Transient Response Time: Less than 900 µs for the output voltage to recover 100 mV following a change in load from 100% to 50%, or 50% to 100% of the output current rating of the supply.

Averaging
Averaging is a mathematical process to reduce the variation in a measurement by summing the data points from multiple measurements and dividing by the number of points summed.

Fall Time
Fall time is the time required for the amplitude of a pulse to decrease (fall) from a specified value (usually 90 percent of the peak value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot) to another specified value (usually 10 percent of the maximum value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot).

Noise Density
Noise Density is the amount of noise within a defined bandwidth, usually normalized to 1 Hz.

Resolution Bandwidth (RBW)
Resolution Bandwidth (RBW) is the minimum bandwidth over which you can separate two signals and still see them.
