27 to 18 GHz, swept and CW. Frequency accuracy (<= 10 MHz synthesized span): ± [(freq x refl ) + 1 %span + 15 Hz]. Freq tracking drift: < 3 Hz/hr. Tracking adjust range: ± 500 Hz in 1 Hz steps. Freq offset range: ± 5 MHz w/ext 21 .4 MHz. Maximum leveled power: -2 dBm, (0 dBm 20-30 C). Amplitude control range: + 14.5 to -66 dBm. Tracking Generator is a 2/8-width module for 70000 Modular Measurement System
