Keysight (Agilent) 85081B 1 GHz High-Impedance Input Module

The HP 85081B Input Module (100 kHz to 1 GHz, high impedance probe inputs) is for use with a 8508A and HP 70138A vector voltmeter. It provides the accuracy and dynamic range to make measurements on active and passive components. Module Specifications with a 8508A or 70138A. Frequency Range: 100 kHz to 1 GHz. Maximum Input: 2 V peak ac, ± 50 Vdc. A (ref) Channel Minimum: 10 mV, 100 kHz to 300 kHz; 1 mV, 300 kHz to 3 MHz; 300 uV, 3 MHz to 1 GHz. B Channel Noise Level: 10 uV. Input Crosstalk: > 100 dB, 1 MHz to 500 MHz > 80 dB, 500 MHz to 1 GHz. Magnitude Accuracy Absolute accuracy (A, B 100 mV, 15° to 30° C): + 1/ -1.5 dB, 100 kHz to 300 kHz, to ± 1 dB, 300 MHz to 1 GHz. Magnitude Accuracy Ratio accuracy (A, B 100 mV, 15° to 30° C): ± 1 dB, 100 kHz to 300 kHz, to ± .6 dB, 300 MHz to 1 GHz. Magnitude Accuracy Phase accuracy (A, B 100 mV, 15° to 30° C): ± 4, 300 kHz to 1 MHz, to ±6, 300 MHz to 1 GHz. Search and Lock Time: Lockup (within one range): 40 ms, frequencies up to 3 MHz; 20 ms, frequencies greater than 3 MHz.

Adjacent Channel Power
Adjacent Channel Power is the power from a modulated communications channel that leaks into an adjacent channel. This leakage is usually specified as a ratio to the power in the main channel, but is sometimes an absolute power.

Fall Time
Fall time is the time required for the amplitude of a pulse to decrease (fall) from a specified value (usually 90 percent of the peak value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot) to another specified value (usually 10 percent of the maximum value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot).

Overshoot
Overshoot is the distortion that follows a major transition; the difference between the peak power point and the pulse-top amplitude computed as a percentage of the pulse-top amplitude.
