Keysight (Agilent) E2378A 3 1/2-Digit Handheld Multimeter

The HP E2378A Digital Multimeter has a basic DCV accuracy of 0.3% and a 1 kHz bandwidth. It also adds a data hold function and a temperature function. Audible continuity and a choice of autoranging or manual ranging. The temperature function is built-in and can be used with any K-type thermocouple probe. The HP E2378A has a large 3200 count digital display (samples approx. 2 times/ sec.) with 32-segment analog bar (samples approx. 12 times / sec.). Specifications. Display count: 3200. Basic accuracy DC volts: 0.3%. Basic accuracy AC volts: 1%. Basic accuracy ohms: 0.7%. Maximum input: 1,000 V dc or 750 V ac rms. Maximum ac bandwidth: 1 kHz. Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
