50 MHz to 3.2 GHz, Pulse Pattern Generator. Data Output; Amplitude: 0.5 to 2 Vp-p, 10 mV step (setting error: ± 15% or ± 100 mV, whichever is greater). Rise/fall time: <= 80ps. Connector: Precision N-type. Pattern: 2n-1 (n: 7, 9,11,15, 20,23,31). Internal Clock Stability: ±1 ppm.
