The Fluke 52 Dual-input Digital Thermometer is designed for high accuracy and resolution with excellent repeatability. Dual inputs (T1 and T2) allow two individual points to be monitored, and provide information for the differential mode (T1 minus T2). A MIN/MAX register is available for any input (T1, T2, or T1 -T2). At power-up the user can select a "scan" mode, which scrolls through the three modes in a T1, T2, T1-T2 continuous sequence. Also selectable at power-up is the choice of high resolution (0.1 °C or 0.2°F) or low resolution (1° C or 1° F) readouts. Specifications. Temperature Scale: Celsius or Fahrenheit user-selectable. Resolution: 1° C or 1° F (or 0.1° C or 0.2°F) user-selectable. Thermocouple Types: K-type or J-type that conform to NBS and IEC 584 tables, user-selectable. Measurement Range: K-type range is -200° C to 1370° C (-328° F to 2498° F). J-type range is -200° C to 760° C (-328° F to 1400° F). Also check the rated range of the thermocouple to be used. Meter Operating Range: For use in 0° C to 50° C environment (32° F to 122° F). Temperature Coefficient: Within the meter operating range, add to the meter accuracy specification 0.01% of reading + 0.03 degrees for each degree below 18° C (64° F) or above 28° C (82° F). Maximum Input: 60V dc or 24V rms ac between the input pins or any input and ground. Reading Rate: 1 second per reading for one probe, 1.7 seconds per reading in the scan mode.
