The Agilent N5230A PNA-L Microwave Network Analyzer is available with a frequency range of 300 kHz to 6, 13.5 GHz or 10 MHz to 20, 40, 50 GHz (Based on installed option). The standard PNA is suitable for testing passive and active devices such as filters and amplifiers. Users can easily add options to test mixers, harmonics, intermodulation distortion (IMD), pulsed-RF, antennas and millimeter-wave (mmwave) components. Options.
