The Yokogawa 706121 FG310 1-channel Synthesized Function Generator (with arbitrary sweep and simple arbitary waveform generator functions) features versatile sweep and modulation functions. These instruments offer you the capability to sweep not only frequency, but also other parameters as well, such as phase, amplitude, offset voltage, or duty cycle, with linear, log, linear step, log step, or arbitrary sweep patterns.
