The Arroyo 6305 ComboSource (Laser Driver 500 mA / 250 mA, 10 Volt / Temperature Controller 5 Amp, 12 Volt, 60 Watt) offers excellent low current performance, with both a 500 mA and 250 mA operating range, making it suitable for very low power applications, such as VCSEL and low power signal diodes. With 10 uA set point resolution and less than 4 uA of noise, the 6305 provides a transparent driver that won't interfere with the performance of your laser or LED devices. One of the valable features of the 6305 is the dual range capability, which allows operation in either a 250 mA range or 500 mA range. The 6305 optically and electrically isolates it's isolated inputs and outputs, preventing device-damaging ground loops. The 6301 adds a 60 watt temperature controller. Specifications.
