The Agilent 54852A High-Performance 4 Channel Infiniium Oscilloscope with it's combination of 2 GHz and 10 GSa/s on all channels makes it ideal for designs incorporating PCI-Express, Serial ATA, Rapid IO, HyperTransport, InfiniBand,or Gigabit Ethernet. MegaZoom deep memory enables the capture of the data transmission across these buses with the resolution required to perform high resolution parametric measurements of the system’s operation.
