The Ando AQ6315E optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) is an improved version of the Ando AQ6315A. It covers 350 nm to 1750 nm range. The monochromator mode can be set to single-pass or double-pass to match your measurement application needs. The Ando AQ6315E includes analysis functions for DWDM and other optical devices (LD, LED, FBG, etc). Specifications. Measurement Wavelength Range: 350 to 1750 nm. Wavelength Accuracy: ± 0.5 nm (25 C, 10/125 SM Fiber), ± 0.05 nm (1510 to 1570 nm). Wavelength Linearity: ± 0.02 nm (1510 to 1570 nm). Wavelength Reproducibility: ± 0.005 nm (1 minute). Wavelength Resolution: 0.05 nm to 10 nm. Measurement Level Range: -90 to +20 dBm (1000 to 1650 nm single-pass monochromator mode), -85 to +20 dBm (1200 to 1600 nm double-pass monochromator mode). Level Accuracy: ±0.3 dB (1310 / 1550 nm). Level Linearity: ± 0.05 dB (0 to -20 dBm), ± 0.1 dB (0 to -40 dBm), ± 0.2 dB (0 to -60 dBm). Sensitivity: -65 dBm. Maximum Power: +20 dBm.
