The Anritsu MS4623B 6 GHz, 2-Port Vector Network Measurement System (VNMS) for passive, active, and frequency translating devices. This powerful S-parameter configuration offers the performance, ease-of-use and versatility of a vector network analyzer (VNA) with integrated options that allow 3-Port, Noise Figure, Harmonic, Frequency Translating Group Delay and Intermodulation Distortion (IMD) measurements. The 3-port configuration includes mixed-mode S-parameters, arbitrary impedance and powerful embedding/ de-embedding routines.
